When I started this blog, someone advised me not to combine the personal and the political, to start two separate blogs if I wanted to do both. Maybe good advice, in retrospect, since I sometimes think there's an uneasy mix of the two on this one.

Brigette,

I am very interested in your thoughts on homeschooling and your personal life. What is going on in the political arena is interesting and I like to get your views on issues, especially since you keep up with what is going on so well, but I am much more interested in you as a friend! I would love to hear your thoughts. it might be a good outlet:)

I've removed The New Mexico Independent from my Favorites list, and I am removing a blog post I made saying they were a good alternative choice to Santa Feans fed up with the New Mexican.

The New Mexico IUNDEPENDENT indeed.
